Land and Administration Cost Phase 1 and 2 - Phase 1 land of 15 acres has 3 out of 50 plots remaining as of March 30, 2022. Phase 2 Land of 60 acres has over 200 plots of land for residential and comercial development.
$500 for Administration Cost per plot: This will be added to Process all Paperwork, Transfer Payments, Legal Land Documents, Customer service, Technical Support, Manage Overall Startup etc. An Administration Team has been setup to take care of your entire process to get you started on being a part of this Repatriation Community in Ghana. The clearing, setting up, and installing pillars with your name, is included in the Administration and Land cost.
$3,000 for Land Cost per plot: This includes 1 plot of land at 80 ft by 100 ft, the clearing, setting up, and installing pillars with your name. Anyone who want more than one plot of 80 ft. by 100 ft. = 8,000 Square Feet. The total cost is $3,500 including the $500 Administration cost.
Individual land survey for $350 per plot or individual registration $700 per plot is not included in Administration or land cost.
Outside of the cost listed in Administration cost you will have a cost to register your specific land and get a specific surveyed.
Note: Home Owner Association Fees are $25 per month per household which is $300 per year. This is used to maintain the property/ community. Including safety, security services and more.

All of these documents are required by the Government of Ghana to represent your land acquisition. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Phase 1 & 2: Cancellation and Refund Policy: Loss of $500 Administration cost per plot and Loss of $1,500 from land payment per plot. Also no refunds on the survey once it is completed. All other money will be refunded back to you on a refund plan that will be confirmed in the reply e-mail to your cancellation & refund request. This is an ongoing process to build a community. All the money is put towards the project and sent to Ghana to get the job done. Please be clear before you commit. Once you commit and pay this policy takes effect immediately with no exceptions.
