Overview and Importance of Committees

The key to us developing Black Star Repatriation & Pan-African Community will be the effective use of the 10 committees below. It is mandatory for all community members to be on at least one committee. Everyone must participate including joining group and committee video calls. A committee member's contribution and participation on the committee will determine its success or failure. If committee members participate, get involved, and encourage others on the committee to do so, the committee will be successful. Enthusiasm is contagious. You must be able to commit to working on your project and update us on a regular basis. We do not want to have to keep reaching out to anyone. We have to be honest with each other and follow through with what we commit to. Please be clear before volunteering. We only need serious people that are going be able to use creative thinking and make these research projects work. We are no one’s boss or leader we are just organizers and everyone has to be accountable so we can get this community up and running. All hands on deck.
